Getting ready for 2018-2019
The 2018-2019 Scout year is here!
Pack 313’s first meeting of the year will be at 7:00pm on Friday September 7 at St. Camillus Parish.
There are some important enhancements to the program this year:
- Pack 313 is delighted to welcome girls into the Cub Scout program! Starting in 2018-2019, the Cub Scout program is open to both boys and girls in grades K-5. Girls will be full members of the pack, eligible to participate in all activities and earn all awards. Girls who complete the Cub Scouts program can join the Scouts BSA (formerly Boy Scouts), and earn the Eagle rank – the highest award in Scouting. In order to support the girls in the program, Pack 313 needs women leaders! Please contact the Cubmaster if you are interested in joining the all-volunteer leadership team.
- Cub Scouts is now open to boys and girls in Kindergarten! The new Lion program is designed to meet demand from parents and families who are interested in the fun and benefits of scouting for their kindergarteners. The Lion program include age-appropriate activities and awards, and promises to be lots of fun!
